1. Return Window & Exceptions
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us at hello@binejomo.com if you wish to return it.
Special Exception for Commissioned Work:
According to EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. This includes all commissioned artworks, custom illustrations, and bespoke paintings created specifically for you. These sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Shipping the Return (For non-custom items)
For non-custom items (e.g., original ready-made art or prints), the item must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after your notification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Standard Returns: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as artworks are fragile and valuable.
- Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photo documentation so we can resolve the issue.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
