Your purchase is valid the moment you have completed your payment and have received an order confirmation from us. We store your order confirmation for 3 years, so that you can contact us at any time and request a copy. You must be 18 years of age and have an approved credit card to shop with us.
When you order goods from us, you accept our terms and conditions, which are described on this page.
Shipping
BineJoMo bears the cost of your shipping when you buy for min. DKK 499. For purchases below, delivery costs DKK 29.
Cancellation & changes
Have you changed your mind, or made a mistake in, for example, your address? Send an email to hello@binejomo.com marked "cancellation & changes" as soon as possible. We can help you with your changes if the item has not yet been shipped. You must write the order time and your order number in the email. If your order is shipped, then of course you still have 14 days to cancel your order. See conditions for this under Return.
Return
Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your item. Returns of goods are at your own expense. Returns of goods are always provided that you deliver the product in the same condition as you received it. That is, in unbroken packaging. If you have broken the packaging, we can unfortunately not take the item back.

If you have received a defective item, or an item that does not live up to your expectations, please contact us immediately.
